Delivery costs are based on the item/s size and/or weight. If you are unhappy or have any issues with the shipping costs, please contact us before purchasing from our online store.
Shipping Costs* are as followed:
A – $8.00
B – $15.00
C – $30.00
D – $50.00
*Some item/s shipping cost will differ depending on the suppliers.
We use Australia Post as our main carrier and various couriers to deliver our products to you. Remote areas, pallet deliveries and big/bulky items may attract additional surcharges. We will contact you immediately if this is the case.
Please allow approximately 7-14 days for your item/s to be delivered.
Standard delivery – This delivery option is for standard delivery within standard delivery timeframes. Tracking number included. If the parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we are not held responsible.
We will do our best to fill your order within 24 hours during business days* whenever possible. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within 48 hours (due to supplier stock issues, special order stock, weather conditions, etc.) we will contact you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. Please note, that although we will do our best to deliver your item/s during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
*Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
We reserve the right to terminate any orders and refund any and all payment made through our online store.
Missing Parcels
ME Technology Group is not liable for any parcel/s which are deemed lost or missing in transit. There is no transit insurance on any postage services unless you specifically request for this additional service. In this case the extra charge of postage insurance will be added to the your invoice total.
If your item is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in filling a missing parcel claim and attempt to track down your missing item/s. However, please remember that this does not guarantee compensation
Backorders – What if an item is on backorder?
An email will be sent to inform you that the item is on backorder from our suppliers. You may wish to cancel the backorder item and in this case a full refund will be given.
Returns – Change of Mind
All products purchased from ME Technology Group are backed by a thirty (30) day Peace of Mind Return Policy. All products returned must be in perfect unused condition, with all components, and complete with original packaging. We do not accept returns on damaged or incomplete products. Proof of purchase is required. If the product is not in its original condition, please contact us before returning it as this may save you unnecessary costs. Any and all costs when returning an item/s will be the customers responsibility.
Returns – Damaged / Faulty Goods
If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will organise for the return of the goods and arrange a credit towards your next purchase or send a replacement product. The customer will incur the cost of return postage and be credited the purchase price only. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using a registered post or trackable courier. We can not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
Warranties
Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers and/or suppliers warranty terms and conditions (available on request). We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss suffered due to product failure. We will process product warranty claims through the respective manufacturers and/or suppliers. Most products available on this site must be installed by a licensed electrical tradesman/technician. DIY electrical work is illegal and all warranties are automatically voided if an unlicensed person has been found to have carried out the installation. However, we do offer some self-install products. If you are unsure, please contact our team before making a purchase.
